Meet the Erikson family. They were visiting the Smoky Mountains from Chicago and decided to not just make memories but also preserve memories with a family photoshoot on Foothills Parkway.
As I was about to give them my “posing 101” tutorial that I begin each session with, they let me know that despite being married for more than 20 years, this was going to be their first family photoshoot!
I was so honored to be able to capture something so special. And, I was floored when they let me know that their photoshoot was the highlight of their trip. The best part – they have photos to look back on and remember how much fun they had.
Let’s be real, not everyone looks forward to interrupting vacation and downtime by getting dressed up and smiling for a camera. But, when the family is enjoying the time together, it shows in the photos.
